What can I return or exchange?
We're sorry things didn't work out! We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.
Returns or exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
Returns for items that were/are on sale are subject to 20% restocking fee.
We recommend that all returns or exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be defective.
If an item was refunded the original shipping will be deducted from the initial amount.
Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
